01THE PURPOSE
Building tomorrow’s leaders
Real growth through meaningful experiences.
The program helps boys and girls strengthen confidence, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, and communication through guided workshops, community activities, and age appropriate event experiences.
Participants receive mentorship and exposure to entrepreneurship while learning how preparation, service, accountability, and positive choices shape strong leaders.
02WHAT PARTICIPANTS PRACTICE
Teamwork and Responsibility
Following through, supporting others, communicating clearly, and working toward shared goals.
Professionalism and Service
Learning customer service, event readiness, entrepreneurship, and positive community engagement.
03PROGRAM FOUNDATION
Ages 8 through 16
Activities and leadership expectations are designed for age groups 8 to 11, 12 to 14, and 15 to 16.
Parent Involvement
Parent or guardian participation and required permissions are part of the program structure.
Adult Oversight
Youth activities are guided by approved adults and mentors with clearly assigned roles.
Recognition
Youth may receive noncash incentives and participation benefits. The program does not provide cash compensation.
The program is powered by The Lemon Aid Lounge LLC, a for profit company. Support is not represented as a tax deductible donation.
